Data Collected and Purpose Jungle Corner may collect and process the following personal data, when submitted by the data subjects: • Name, email, phone number, and other identification details; • Photographs, videos, or self-tapes sent as part of casting applications; • CVs and professional or artistic information; • Information regarding minors, only with the express authorization of their legal guardians. Purpose of processing: The collected data is exclusively intended for: • Management of the talent database (actors, models, presenters, extras, etc.); • Communication of opportunities, invitations, and information about castings; • Evaluation and selection of candidates for audiovisual projects or campaigns; • Communication with clients and partners within the scope of ongoing projects.

Legal Basis The processing of personal data by Jungle Corner is based on the following lawful grounds (Art. 6 of the GDPR): • Consent of the data subject; • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, such as the casting selection process; • Legitimate interest of Jungle Corner in maintaining an updated talent database for future professional opportunities.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties Jungle Corner does not share personal data with external entities for commercial purposes. However, within the context of specific castings and projects, the data and photographs submitted may be shared with Jungle Corner’s clients (brands or agencies) exclusively for the purpose of evaluating and selecting talent. Data is securely stored in internal private platforms with restricted access to the production team.
